Product Description

Product Applications

This mechanical shock testing machine is primarily suitable for shock testing applications in electronics, aerospace, shipbuilding, automotive components, transportation, and other fields. By selecting different waveform generators, it can perform shock tests using half-sine, post-peak sawtooth, or square waves.

The equipment complies with test specifications such as GB/T2423-2008, GJB150, GJB360, GJB548, GJB1217, MIL-STD-202F, IEC-68-2-27, MIL-STD-810F, and MIL-STD-883E.

Main Features:

1. Free-fall impact tester with hydraulic lift and high-pressure hydraulic braking.

2. Air-hydraulic pressurization and a strong friction brake to prevent secondary impacts.

3. Shock meter: Single-channel data acquisition, capable of simultaneously measuring acceleration data from two channels, including storage, report printing, data recall, and database management.

4. Utilizes a rubber module to generate half-sine wave pulses over a wide range of arbitrary durations.

5. Can perform equivalent drop tests on packaging boxes.

Equipment performance introduction

1. Work Platform

Adopts a high-strength imported aluminum alloy work platform.

2. Lifting Mechanism:

Utilizes a hydraulic lifting system.

3. Lifting Height Control

The lifting height is measured by a photoelectric encoder assembly mounted on the base. The photoelectric encoder offers high accuracy, strong anti-interference capabilities, and high reliability, ensuring impact repeatability.

4. Braking System

Adopts pneumatic braking and a strong friction brake with secondary impact protection for fast and reliable braking, preventing secondary rebound.

5. Cushioning System

Comprising a base, dampers, and airbags, this vibration reduction system reduces the impact force transmitted from the work platform to the ground.

6. Waveform Generator

Emergency Stop Switch: Cuts off the circuit in emergencies such as when contact welding occurs by forcibly disconnecting the actuator.

8. Shock Measurement System Introduction and Features

The system complies with MIL-STD-810, GJB-150-18-86, and IEC68-2-27 standards. It features precise and rapid shock waveform capture, with a maximum sampling rate of 1MHz, eliminating the worry of missing even the smallest shock events.

It is also an integrated solution, eliminating the need to worry about waveform viewing and recording; it handles everything from shock event capture to report generation. More importantly, it provides shock response spectrum (SRS) analysis, helping you effectively assess the potential damage of shock pulses to actual systems. Finally, supplementary force-deformation and shock response analyses provide a more detailed understanding of shock results.
