Scope of Application

Used to test the combustion performance of textiles. This product is mainly applied to the flame retardancy test of textile clothing, and according to the combustion performance of the products, they are appropriately classified to prevent the use of any dangerous textile clothing, in order to reduce any life-threatening risks; the product's detection scope mainly includes wearing textiles, toy fabrics, soft furniture fabrics, etc.

Product Details

This tester is applicable to textile fabrics when they are at a 45-degree angle. The sample is inclined at a 45-degree angle and ignited. The time it takes for the sample to burn upward with flames for a certain distance is used as a measurement to evaluate the intensity of the fabric's combustion. The stainless steel test chamber is equipped with a glass observation window. It automatically starts timing from the moment the sample begins to burn, with precision to 0.1 seconds. The ignition time can be freely set.
