Introduction

The switch-keypad load-displacement curve testing machine is suitable for testing the load-displacement curves of various keypads and switches. It utilizes a user-friendly Windows-based interface for easy setup and operation. All data can be stored (test conditions, displacement curve graph, life curve graph, inspection report, etc.). This machine uses a servo motor drive, providing high-precision load-displacement measurement, resulting in completely accurate keypad and switch curve testing.

Features

1. PEAK FORCE, RETURN FORCE, DISTANCE, and CLICK rate values are directly displayed on the graph, eliminating the need for manual calculation.

2. The measurement curve graph is stored in the computer memory and can be zoomed in and out at any time. Multiple curve graphs can be placed on a single A4 sheet.

3. Upper and lower limit specifications can be entered for the measured items, and the test results are automatically determined as OK or NO.

4. Maximum measurement stroke and load can be entered, and the computer automatically controls the process.

5. Inspection reports can be converted to Excel and other document formats.

6. Inspection reports are automatically generated, eliminating the need for manual input.

7. The header content of the inspection report can be modified at any time.

8. Test conditions are set via the computer screen, making it convenient and fast.

9. Test data is stored on the hard drive. (Each data point can be stored, unlimited times)

10. The computer directly prints and saves the force-displacement curve graph and inspection report. (No graph paper is needed; standard A4 paper is sufficient)

Main Components

Servo motor ensures precise positioning; output power is generally 0.1-1000W, with various power frequencies such as 50Hz and 400Hz. It has a wide range of applications, such as in various automatic control and automatic recording systems.

High speed and high response speed with a response frequency up to 1kHz; high-performance mechanical adaptability, capable of receiving pulse commands up to 2Mpps; built-in instantaneous speed observer, which can quickly and accurately detect motor speed with high resolution.

Ultra-low vibration

2) Two manual notch filters to suppress mechanical resonance.
