Overview
The piping system uses non-welded connections. The test fluid system and the drive fluid system are separate, and a variety of test media can be used. Three different control methods are available: manual control, PLC control, and computer control. High-speed sampling cards are used to sample test data. This solution mainly describes the high-pressure inflation of the high-pressure tire sealing chamber using a computer-controlled servo motor, as well as the output pressure control and pressure acquisition.
Equipment Features
1. The core pressurization equipment uses an imported electric plunger booster pump, which can easily achieve arbitrarily adjustable and controllable output pressure.

5. The control method uses computer control to achieve rate-controlled pressurization;
6. Pressure test range: 0-6Mpa, the corresponding pressure is selected according to the customer's actual needs.
7. The computer can control the pressurization status, display the pressure curve in real time, and print a test report after the test is completed.
8.Pressure compensation can be performed in case of pressure loss at the high-pressure end.
9. The system can output and collect real-time pressure curves for the entire pressurization process.
11. The system can stop at the set pressure and servo-control the pressurization rate for accurate pressure testing;
