Features and Applications

The oil seal dynamic testing machine is suitable for testing and researching the sealing performance of various rotary oil seals. The oil seal is installed on the test chamber, and the main shaft drives the test chamber to rotate at a certain speed. After a certain period of operation, it is observed whether the oil seal leaks. Two oil seals can be tested at a time.

The test shaft of this machine moves back and forth on high-precision linear guides, ensuring high positioning accuracy. A multi-groove belt drive is used between the motor and the main shaft. The oil seal lip temperature is measured by an infrared thermometer. For safety, the equipment will stop running if the protective glass door is opened during the test.
