Product Overview

The LR-T040 standard constant temperature and humidity curing box is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard curing requirements for cement and concrete specimens set by the National Cement Institute and the Ministry of Transport. The interior is made of imported stainless steel plates, the spray device uses ultrasonic humidification, the cooling uses a high-power compressor, and the temperature and humidity (digital display) make it an ideal device for cement and concrete specimen curing in laboratories and quality inspection departments.

Maintenance Instructions

1. Daily maintenance must be performed on the constant temperature and humidity test chamber each working day, and the "Maintenance Card" must be filled out. The team leader is responsible for supervising implementation, and relevant personnel from the Production Technology Department have the right to audit at any time;

2. Check whether the condenser is clean;

3. Check whether the humidifier, humidifying water pan, and inner chamber are clean;

4. Check whether the safety devices of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber are normal;

5. The direct operator of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber must have a certain understanding of the equipment and be able to troubleshoot basic faults.

Precautions

1. The instrument must be securely grounded.

2. Perform an insulation test before operation to avoid the risk of electric leakage.

3. The refrigeration system must not be started frequently; there must be an interval of 5 minutes before the second start to prevent burning out the compressor.

4. The instrument uses a steam-type heater; water must be added to the chamber before operation.

5. The standard curing box should be used indoors in a well-ventilated, dry, level, and non-corrosive environment.

6. The instrument's operating ambient temperature is 0-40°C.

7. Before operation, water must be added to the dry-wet bulb box. Remove the cover and use a water suction device to fill the water sponge to full capacity (check the water level regularly).

Operating Procedure

1. After filling the heating water tank with water, remove the humidifier water tank, unscrew the water-filling sealing cap at the bottom of the tank, add water to about 2/3 of the tank capacity, and reposition the water tank and the humidifier tube. (During use, be careful to prevent the heater from burning out due to lack of water in the tank).

2. Set the temperature to 20±1°C and humidity to ≥90%, then turn on the instrument's power switch.

3. After normal operation, place the specimens into the chamber for curing.

4. To drain water, open the drain pipe (valve) at the back of the water tank to release the water inside the curing box, in order to extend the service life of the curing box.

5. During use, temperature errors caused by spatial deviations are generally automatically eliminated after several cycles, so this does not constitute a equipment problem.
