Product Introduction The drive shaft balancing machine is designed for the dynamic balancing of two-section drive shaft assemblies. It accommodates a maximum support weight of 100 kg, a maximum tube diameter of 140 mm, and a total assembly length of 4000 mm. Key features include: (1) the support swing frames are integrally cast and machined, ensuring high mechanical strength and precision; (2) the machine bed features an integral cast structure. The machine is easy to operate, safe to use, and equipped with an advanced balancing test system. High Mechanical Strength Precision Drive Shaft Balancing Machine 2-Section Drive Shaft Assembly Drive Shaft Dynamic Balancer Equipment Functions and Structural Features 1. Mechanical Section 1.1 Drive Unit a) The headstock is motor-driven; a V-belt drives the rotation of the drive shaft. b) The drive system utilizes a variable frequency drive (VFD) to achieve stepless speed regulation. c) Includes left and right support frames for rotating the drive shaft; utilizes piezoelectric sensors and includes one adjustable (height-adjustable) intermediate support angle bracket. d) Reference photoelectric sensor: Proximity sensor. 1) Machine Bed The machine bed is made of cast iron and is integrally cast. It features two T-slots primarily used for securing the support frames, allowing them to be moved and adjusted to the appropriate positions. 2) Support Swing Frame (Key components): Support frames made of solid, high-quality ductile iron. High-sensitivity piezoelectric sensors. Left and right drive heads; intermediate support angle bracket. Two sets of safety support frames. Adjustment sprocket for moving the support swing frames. 3) Spindle Drive Unit Includes: Drive unit (headstock) integrally mounted on the cast iron bed. Motor transmits power to the spindle via a pulley system. Variable frequency speed control. Spindle coupling flange with angle markings. Reference signal sensor. Drive motor. Accessories include: Relevant cables, tools, and accessories; technical documentation (packing list, certificate of conformity, instruction manual). 4) Electric Drive and Control System (Key components): One three-phase asynchronous motor, power rating: 4.0 kW. The electrical control system includes: a main switch, operating controls, contactors, a variable frequency drive (VFD), and an "emergency stop" mushroom-head button. The user-friendly software adapts to various skill levels and application requirements; the system is highly scalable, allowing for the implementation of custom functions and features based on specific user needs. a) Displays magnitude and phase for each correction plane (supports both polar coordinate and digital displays). b) Supports selection of two-plane or three-plane measurement modes based on drive shaft characteristics. c) Includes a built-in self-test function for accurate fault diagnosis. d) Stores parameters and test results for various drive shaft models. e) Supports various balancing grades; automatically determines and sets pass/fail criteria. f) Includes an indexing function to quickly locate imbalance positions on workpieces that cannot be machined at arbitrary angles. g) Calibration and fixture eccentricity compensation functions facilitate random accuracy checks and adjustments. h) Measurement results can be decomposed into specific planes; users can choose between adding weight or removing weight for corrections.
