This fully automatic thermal ablation rate analyzer employs thermogravimetric analysis method. It can automatically complete all operation processes such as sample weighing, sample submission, data processing, result calculation, report printing and storage without the need for real-time manual intervention. The instrument is equipped with an MCPC control module and a balance display module, along with a PID temperature control algorithm. The temperature control accuracy can reach ±2℃. It is also combined with a stepper motor and a high-precision angle encoder control system, ensuring precise positioning and enabling rapid sample weighing. The test process can be completed independently without the intervention of an upper computer. It supports offline operation and has an instrument self-diagnosis reminder function, significantly enhancing the operational reliability and providing stable and precise data support for the reduction and burning of various samples.

III. Safe and environmentally friendly design, taking into account both operational and environmental safety

The instrument is equipped with an automatic cover-lifting device, which can effectively prevent operators from coming into contact with high-temperature areas, avoiding the risks of high-temperature radiation and burns. This significantly enhances operational safety. At the same time, it is equipped with a distributed intelligent smoke exhaust interface, which can more efficiently complete smoke and dust removal, effectively reducing the emission of dust and harmful gases, and minimizing the impact on the laboratory environment and operators.
