Instrument Overview
The fully automatic distillation tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with national and international standards, including GB/T 6536 ("Standard Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products at Atmospheric Pressure"), ASTM D86, and ISO 3405. It is suitable for determining the distillation characteristics of natural gasoline (stabilized light hydrocarbons), automotive gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, special boiling-point solvents, naphtha, petroleum solvents, kerosene, diesel, gas oil, distillate fuel oils, and similar petroleum products.

Automated control of the testing process; testing begins with a single-key operation after parameters are set.
The entire process—including condenser bath cooling, distillation flask heating, Initial Boiling Point (IBP) detection, recovery volume level tracking, Final Boiling Point (FBP) detection, real-time distillation temperature recording, and the correction, calculation, storage, and printing of results—is performed automatically. The instrument stops automatically upon test completion.
Equipped with a 10-inch high-definition color touchscreen LCD and a Chinese-language user interface for simple, intuitive operation.
Features a built-in atmospheric pressure sensor for automatic pressure correction, ensuring test results remain unaffected by atmospheric pressure fluctuations.
Heating power is automatically adjusted during the test.
The liquid level tracker automatically returns to its initial position after the test concludes.
Compressor-based refrigeration is used for the condenser tube cooling bath and the recovery chamber.
Equipped with a flame detection system and an automatic fire-extinguishing function.
Includes a function to input recovery sample volume compensation; displays and prints temperature values corresponding to recovery percentages in real-time.
